Xehanorts Keyblade if you notice holds the same "eye" that was on Riku's Soul Eater and Way to Dawn Keyblades.

Vanitas, wanting to keep what he looked like a secret till the end, he was designed with a helmet. Notice the outfit is very similar to the one Riku wore when possessed by Ansem in KH. I think the connection is it may be an outfit that Xehanort passes along to his "dark" apprentices.

After a big reveal we see Sora's face on Vanitas! This was explained as Vanitas looked like Ven, until Sora connected his heart to Ven's then he looked like Sora. If Ven had connected his heart to Riku, Vanitas would have looked like Riku.

The sought after X-Blade, as you can see it is made up of two cris-crossing Keyblades identical to Sora's. After it shattered did these two split? Sora holding one and the other belonging to Ven? (a theory I have).

A boss battle added to BBS Final Mix, it is assumed that this is what Xehanorts armor looked like. The Boss is titled No Heart.
